The Obagi Blue Peel Radiance® is a professional, superficial chemical peel designed to exfoliate the skin and improve its overall tone, texture and clarity.
This quick, salicylic acid-based peel removes the build-up of dead skin cells, refreshes dull-looking skin and helps reveal a smoother, brighter and more even complexion. Skin can appear noticeably fresher after just one treatment, although a course of peels may be recommended for more significant or longer-lasting results.

Your treatment
Your skin will be cleansed and carefully prepared before the peel solution is applied in controlled layers. You may experience a warm, tingling or slightly prickly sensation while the peel is on the skin.
The number of layers applied will be tailored to your skin, your previous peel experience and the concerns being treated. Your practitioner will assess your skin throughout the appointment to ensure the treatment remains appropriate and comfortable.
The treatment itself is relatively quick, making it an ideal option for clients wanting a professional skin refresh without a lengthy appointment.
What should I expect afterwards?
Immediately after treatment, your skin may look slightly pink and feel warm, tight or sensitive. Some clients experience mild dryness, flaking or peeling during the following few days, although this varies from person to person and depends on the depth of treatment performed.
You must wear a broad-spectrum SPF every day following your peel and avoid picking or exfoliating any dry or peeling skin.
Full preparation and aftercare instructions will be provided before your appointment.
How many treatments will I need?
A single peel can be ideal before an occasion or whenever your skin needs a brightening boost.
For concerns such as congestion, blemishes, uneven texture or sun damage, we may recommend a course of treatments spaced approximately three to four weeks apart.
Your treatment plan will be personalised following an assessment of your skin.

A consultation and skin assessment will be completed to ensure the peel is suitable for your skin type, concerns and current skincare routine.
Certain active skincare ingredients and treatments will need to be stopped before your appointment. Please tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, using prescription skincare or have recently had another facial treatment.
