LN Aesthetics Skin & Health Clinic is a nurse led prescribing clinic, and our experts take every precaution to ensure your treatment and our service is of the highest standard. Like medical treatments, there is always the chance that some treatments have side affects and they are generally highlighted on the treatment page of this website.

However, in the unlikely event that you are disattisfied with one of our treatments, or our service, then please do not hesitate to tell us. Below is the correct procedure for registering complaints.

LN Aesthetics – How To Make A Complaint

If you have any complaints or concerns about any treatment or service you have received from us at LN Aesthetics Skin & Health Clinic, please speak to Nikki Mundy, our Clinic Manager. Nikki takes great pride in ensuring that all our clients have a positive experience at our clinic, and she will do her best to resolve the issue and offer you further advice on our complaints procedure.

If your complaint cannot be resolved and you wish to make a formal complaint, please put your complaint in writing so that we can review and investigate the issue in line with our policy. Our address is 261 High Street, Walton, Felixstowe, Suffolk IP11 9DU.

We promise to respond within 48 hours and try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you still want to pursue the complaint further, contact CRS (Cosmetic Redress Scheme).
